They were on time, efficient, and prepared. They took their time to be careful, and not at a rushed pace where oftentimes things get ruined. They were methodical in loading and unloading the truck, and even helped and guided me out of a few tight situations with construction trucks. They took great care of my furniture, and made the impossible happen in under 3 hrs.
