UP N GO

This was the second time I used Up N Go's services. Their customer service is outstanding. I received a text the day before confirming the appointment. When I had to delay it, they accommodated me. The two men who loaded the truck knew what they were doing. They were competent and hardworking on a very hot Florinda July day. I had to ask them to take a break to drink some water. I highly recommend this company.

We are moving out of the state, and our move was complex. On this day, Up N Go loaded our moving container. There was a misunderstanding about the time, and customer service handled it beautifully. They told us when they could be there and sent a third person as compensation. The 3 men did an excellent job using the space efficiently and loading more than we thought would fit. They worked hard and were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

This company is awesome! I needed help unpacking my uboxes and loading them into a storage unit. Alvon and his partner were so kind, so hard working and MOST important treated my belongings like they were their own personal items. Now you don't find that often , i have used alot of movers that rush and in the process damage items. My belongings were very important it's all I had left and I want to say how thankful I was to have found this company. They are already on my list when I get my new place. I would not ever choose anyone else after hiring them !!!!
