Over all the experience was good. I complaint I have is that my velvet sofa was placed directly on cement in the storage unit even though moving blankets were provided. Even though the storage unit was filled to the top with my belongings, I observed what looked like an outdoor table being sqeezed in and scratching my dresser( I can imaging what it will look like when taken out of the unit. Moving covers that were placed on furniture by the movers when they were taken out of the truck were just wrapped and fell to the ground when placed in storage unit. The movers appeared to be neophytes and may become expert movers with experience.

Hardworking crew took no breaks and humped through to end. Very nice and personable, will be calling them back when ready to move in new house. Outstanding performance made me feel like an old man standing still.
