I ordered a Ubox a few weeks ago to accommodate my out of state move back to Va. the hurricane hit and uhaul rented out my reserved Ubox. Patrick & Carlos really went above and beyond by going to 3 different locations and finally getting one from a display, They quickly loaded the box and took it back to Uhaul so it could be shipped to my home on schedule. The communication and service was outstanding.
