These guys were great! There were two reasons I deducted stars - They left a big scratch on my floor from dragging things, and I'm hoping the scratch will come out so I don't get charged - They told me 20 minutes after my time was up that they had to charge me another hour for going over. It felt a little shady because I had no choice. If I had known when time was coming up I would have happily agreed, but I got kind of strong-armed into paying for the extra hour Other than those two things, the communication for scheduling was great and the guys were really efficient and friendly!
