Terrible experience. They send 2 guys who were very nice but very inexperienced. This was an offload service. They did not know how to properly carry the furniture and kept dropping it and damaging it. I paid for 2 hours and had to stop the service within 30 minutes because of the damages they were causing and I was afraid they will get hurt. You could tell they had no training or thought process while moving the items. They were tripping over boxes and other furniture while carrying stuff. I paid $255.00 for two hours. They charged me $200 through the Uhaul website and then an additional $50 when the guys were there because of stairs. I ended up moving more than half of my furniture just myself and my boyfriend. The company send me a text once we stopped the service asking how the -guys did- and I explained the issues I had and the damages caused. They reimbursed me $50. (The extra charge for the stairs) No even a full hour back. They send the owner will call me and no one ever did.
