We had a cordinated move setup with movers on both sides. Strong Man movers were to help us load our truck, but they were nearly 5 hours late which pushed back our unload time which we had another team in place and waiting for us. The 2 man team lacked the professionalisim I had expected from a Dominic run team. One guy was busy hitting on the local women walking their dogs while we are already 5 hours late for our move! When you fill out the form you let the team know if and how many stairs to expect, there is no warning on the form or from Dominic that stairs cost extra, but the moving guy told me they charge extra for stairs...this on top of already being late just really ticked me off. What sent me overboard with these guys was their odasicity to say We aint going to be able to finish your move today, all this stuff is going to take 4-5 hours. Moving is already stressful, and these guys sure didn't help that. I would NOT recommed this team for your next move.

They said we were their last job and it was hot. They did not maximize space. He said how I packed was stupid mind I had plastic storage bins. I told him I was more concerned with the furniture being packed first. They took half and left the rest and told us just order another box. At a certain point they started shoving things in. They broke a lot of my daughters toys and keepsakes. We asked them why they can’t put the heavy storage bins at the bottom and build it up to maximize space he said he’s been moving for years and he knows what he is doing. In the end we had to empty all the boxes they packed and repacked it. We even showed the uhaul pick up person the disaster cause she could of picked up our boxes early but we showed her that we had to repack and.she agreed . In the end we packed 90 percent of the stuff in the original 3 boxes and did order another box to make sure and that was half full.
