Really shady and unprofessional. There was no communication from the company leading up to the scheduled day. Then they got here and started nickel and diming us for all kinds of things and they were making up the amounts as they went. One quote went from $95, to $200, to $295 over a period of 30 minutes because the guy kept changing his mind on how much he wanted to charge. We ended up declining the extra charges and did the rest ourselves. They also charged for 3 hours when they were only here for 2 hours and 10 minutes. They said anything over a minute into the next hour is a full charge for that hour. They also asked if they could get a $50 tip which was very uncomfortable. Just overall poor communication, sketchy attitude and rough service. I would not recommend this company. Look elsewhere. I picked it because it touts being veteran owned and operated. I expected better.
