The crew that came to move me were uber professional and the first three hours were exceptional, however, the last 2 hours without the Lead present (he graciously offered to dump and drop two bureaus for me) the team lanquished and the move was not completed. Also a shell end table was damaged when a mover dropped the item ($180) and I will need to replace. Overall, the Lead was personable, professional, and the team was hard-working most times. I would highly recommend but with feedback regarding continuous pacing of the entire team thoughout the move.
