Second time using Gotta Move LLC. First time was July 2023. Outstanding communication, they called and texted to verify the job, communicate the day before the move just to say thank you and wish me good luck with the move. Hired 2 movers for 8 hours to move a two bedroom townhouse to a three bedroom townhouse. Both moved efficiently and handled our belongings with care. I ordered a 26 foot u-haul which was filled to capacity. They used load retainers and my belongings arrived safely. I could not be happier with the service I received and if necessary, I will definitely call on them again.

The Gotta Move moving service was a great experience all around. We made a reservation the day before our move and they were ready and available with a quick turn around. They texted me updates throughout the process and the movers were right on time. Our 2-helper team unloaded our truck in under an hour and we’re very polite. We will be using this service again!
