We had to call to confirm arrival the morning of the move because they ran late. In comparison to the three other moving helpers we’ve used these guys were less organized in the way they loaded the van and the time it took. Definitely wish these movers were more strategic so that the unload was easier. We ended up with a ton of boxes in our living room because they didn’t communicate or unload in a way that made sense. One of the movers accidentally cracked my wife’s toe nail by moving a large rubber mat into her foot. Unfortunate and was very surprised with the quality of services.
