They Took My Money and Left Me Outside. Do Not Trust Maximovers I never thought I’d be writing this. On April 25, 2025, I hired Maximovers through MovingHelp.com, U-Haul for a local move in Weston, Florida. I paid $110 through the official platform—and, as requested by the movers, I sent an additional $240 via Zelle directly to them. What happened next was traumatic. They arrived late, handled my belongings roughly, broke multiple items, and then dumped everything outside, including valuables, fragile items, and personal essentials—leaving me completely abandoned. They never came back to finish the job, and I was left without help, surrounded by chaos. I slept outside that night. My life in boxes. Exposed. Alone. Maximovers took my money, disappeared without explanation, and showed a level of negligence and cruelty I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I have photos to prove everything of my things left out in the open like trash. This wasn’t just unprofessional, it was inhumane!

The two gentlemen that assisted in My move were absolutely professional respectful friendly and you can tell they are professionals and have been doing this for a long time. Everything was well organized they disassembled my furniture reassembled in the new home took things back to my old home and were very accommodating with very positive attitudes the entire time I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in a future move Thank you so much.

Excellent A ++ in every category . I messed up the schedule I told Gonzalo the move was Monday but it was actually Sunday and despite my mistake Gonzalo and his crew made adjustments in their day off showed up as soon as possible and did an amazing job fast , efficient , professional Gonzalo packed my 15 ft truck perfect with room to spare these guy know what they’re doing . I could not be happier. Highly recommended !
