They are not the most efficient loaders and packers I’ve seen. several times I saw the younger guy sitting outside especially when the other guy wasn’t there. He jumped up when I started loading things myself. They aren’t the best packers either literally told me there was no space for brooms and small skinny things thst fit in any small space. I ended up repacking the box and showing them how to squeeze tiny things in every space. The older guy also tells you ‘no five star review than me no pay’ which isn’t the best sales tactic but I get it maybe their boss doesn’t pay them adequately. English is not their first language so there is a huge language barrier.
