The two movers that came were highly professional. Dressed to impress in their company logo shirts, they worked diligently..and with total respect to myself, home and items...Working non-stop waiting for me to cue them where each item went. Placed each item exactly where I wanted it to go with care. No problem lifting, these movers were able to handle each item working as a great team. They even showed up 10 minutes early even though it was a 2- 3 hour drive for them. Now that's dedication, professionalism and showmanship. Our helpers were there an hour early but the property wasn't accesible yet. Fortunately, I speak enough Spanish that I was able to inform them of this and they were able to return. I also was able to give them direction while unloading. I think it would be helpful to inform clients if the movers do not speak any English. Otherwise, this might catch people off guard and add frustration to an already stressful time. The communication from the company for set-up was great. Very polite and prompt. There was a redundancy between the information I had to fill out and share with UHAUL to reserve, and what the company asked me. I had to share all of the information again. The workers worked hard and fast. They were done early and were friendly. They were a life saver and really helped us, as my husband and son could not have lifted it all alone. We tipped in cash, $40 per mover. Keep the tip expectation in mind as it is in addition to the fee you pay the company to have them there.
