Alex and his team were fantastic. Right after I made a reservation, Alex texted me to confirm and to get details about the move. Then I had to reschedule my move and he worked with me to change my reservation. It was very smooth. The day of the move was hot and humid, August in Tallahassee. The air conditioning in my apartment was broken. I live on a second story with a pretty narrow wooden staircase. Needless to say, conditions were bad. But Alex and his team were upbeat, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were in and out in under two hours and our Uhaul pack would impress an expert Tetris player. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone! They also do cleaning, but we did not end up scheduling them for a clean.
