Didn’t hear from them prior to move. I guess they tried to call but who answers the phone. Didn’t leave a message. Got a text from them at 830 am on day of move asking questions about what it was. Guys showed up said truck wasn’t big enough. Not sure about that. Had to spend an hour to get new truck. Then loaded the truck only 75 percent full. But got it done. Just took two hours longer than expected. And we had to pay for an extra hour. They also didn’t treat our stuff great leaving lots of skid marks. Wouldn’t use them again.

The Move Team was exceptional in their service! They allowed me to change from morning to afternoon on move day when we found out we could not get into the apartment until later. They kept us informed of move day, and ETA on move day. Very communicative! They were so professional and handled it with stride when we found out there was one flight of stairs to carry the furniture up. Very nice men to work with - and the company was superb! I would definitely use them (and UBox) again!
