Anthony was very communicative 2 days before the scheduled unloading. He was onsite before the start time. He meticulously organized loads to minimize trips to my storage unit. He was methodical but very efficient. The single elevator was shared with other users but Anthony maintained his professional demeanor. He completed unloading in 2 hours with a calm, friendly smile.
