Richard and his team were exceptional. Not only were they all efficient and kind, but they also were incredibly patient when I made the rookie mistake of misplacing the keys to my new apartment. They restructured their day (while staying on schedule for other clients) and stayed to work until everything was complete. Richard also went hugely above and beyond to help me locate the keys. These guys are problem solvers and a calming presence - both qualities that go a long way on a stressful moving day. Will absolutely be hiring them for my next move!
