When the move was booked, they contact me for basic information. What they failed to ask, and what I thought they had, was the actual address where I needed the help. They reached out the day of the move but I was in the truck driving to meet them and missed the text (a call would have been answered). As a result, I did not get their message until I arrived at the apt. To their credit, they did respond to my inquiry and sent the moving crew. The crew was 2 hours late but they were positive, upbeat and did the job professionally and quickly. If not for missing the address early in the process, this would be a 5 star experience. Overall, I was pleased with the service and their help.
