First, I'd like to mention the movers that were on site and helped with the move (Aaron and Treyvon) were amazing. Unfortunately, the communication I received from Rick (the person scheduling the job) was horrific. I received a text from Rick, shortly after I scheduled the move (3 weeks in advance) letting me know he'd be reaching out to go over the details, soon. I didn't hear anything from him, by the time we were 3 days out from the move. I contacted customer service and they emailed Rick to reach out to me. The night before the move, I still hadn't heard from anyone so, I called the number he text me from. He answered but, instead of leading with an apology, he went right into a boiler plate word track, ensuring he talked over me at every opportunity. I have 2 decades of customer service management experience and I don't think I've ever spoken with someone so condescending or inconsiderate. He should be moved to a different role where he doesn't communicate directly with customers.
