Excellent service; I couldn’t possibly recommend this company more highly!! This was my first time utilizing moving help services, and let’s just say, I will never suffer through another move on my own ever again. If you were trying to decide on whether or not moving help is worth the cost, as long as you are working with Masters Movers, the cost is worth every cent - and that is not hyperbole. I watched the crew that was sent out to help me unload my U-Haul truck navigate seemingly impossible circumstances throughout my move. But not only did they strategize the safest and most efficient way to unload my truck, they were also courteous, thoughtful, and in so many ways, they reassured me that my belongings were in capable hands. I just want to say thank you to Masters Movers for making a very stressful process completely stress-free for me. Their professionalism, their ability to adapt to unforeseen hiccups throughout the moving process, and their respectfulness & care with which they treated my belongings (and cat!) was truly awe-inspiring. Good customer service is a rarity these days - much less, exceptional customer service. Well, I found that in Masters Movers, and I would recommend Jonathan, Juan, and Santiago to my loved ones, friends, acquaintances, etc., because I know for sure that they’ll be given the same exceptional service that I received this past weekend.
