Fernando and his team has great communication and kept me updated every step of the way. They ran into traffic heading to us due to UHaul requiring the movers you book through their directory to have a start time of 9am. (Which was a bummer because they allowed us to pick up a truck at 730am. We know if we could've started earlier that wouldn't have been an issue). However, Fernando called and sent us a text updating us on their ETA. Once they arrived they explained how they'll tackle our move and got to business. They were able to wrap, load and unload a our small 1BR apt into a 2-Story house locally within 3hrs! Everything was unloaded in the same condition we left it in. NO DAMAGE TO ANYTHING. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again whenever I need moving services!
