Great communication and service. I only had two issues. I was relocating and had advised the lady that I was traveling that morning out of state and would text once I had landed to give a more accurate time frame to have movers arrive and meet me at storage unit. In which case I did, however upon arriving the movers apparently had arrived 30 minutes ago and I was being charged for those 30 minutes that no work had yet started to be done so I would advise to be sure on your set time to avoid any issues. Then towards the end I found it unprofessional that one of the movers asked if we would be tipping as I feel that is something to the customers discretion, especially that in my experience my partner had helped them both load and unload as well. Not trying to sound picky but I am as it didn't seem quite polite or correct on my part but end of day it’s a business and the overall experience besides these personal issues was great. I would definitely use them again

The young guy was fat and efficient but needs to be taught how to properly load a truck. Items were not loaded because they did not fit due to the way it was loaded. Nice guys. Worked hard just need a little direction.
