The company's communication during the day before the move was good. They called me to schedule a time for the movers to come and answered the phone when I called back to adjust it. We ordered 2x movers for 3x hours. One called to tell me he was running late and the other would be even later. When the first mover arrived he explained that the other one would be over an hour late. The second mover arrived over an hour late. Despite this delay, the quality of their work was good, with some small exceptions. I asked them to bring down items in a particular order so I could load the truck, and they did not follow all the instructions. The major issue for me was that I called the supervisor before releasing the payment code. Before I released the code, they promised a partial refund for the mover who was over an hour late. The next day, they stopped taking my calls and ignored my request through the moving help website.

Guys pushed to get things loaded even when I was saying I could come back to pick things up, which proved really helpful. I have a small piano that went down a flight of stairs, and while it was a lot they still managed it without complaints or visible frustration.
