They were super friendly and speedy and experts in fitting it all together in the truck like a puzzle. Unfortunately I discovered on unpack that a handful of pieces of furniture that I asked them to wrap (I provided blankets) were not wrapped. A couple of these pieces were subsequently damaged.

They showed up 4.5 hours late and were pretty inefficient. I’ve have better moves with less people. I didn’t get all my things out of my apartment. I would’ve paid for an extra hour but at the speed they were going with 3 movers, I figured I’d be better off doing it myself. They were pretty immature, making that’s what she said jokes and I didn’t love the way my things were handled. I told them early on to prioritize the large furniture items and leave the boxes and they pretty much did the opposite. They were polite and seemed to work well together but I would never hire them again.

These folks did an amazing job. They had the van correctly and efficiently unpacked in 60 minutes. They did this even thought the heat was oppressive. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience working with Shantel to schedule (she was super responsive to our last-minute requests to reschedule 3 separate times) and Rakeem, Sidney, and Riley to unload a 26 foot moving truck into a storage unit and an apartment a 20-minute drive away in just 3 hours (moving everything up steep driveway). Rakeem, Sidney, and Riley communicated well with us and each other, working well as a team with clear roles. The apartment had fresh paint, and they were able to move in all the boxes and furniture without once touching the walls. We highly recommend this careful, thoughtful, and efficient crew.
