These guys really did a great job. It was hot and some of the items were heavy, but they worked consistently and without hesitation. We were not contacted until the morning of the move, which worked out fine, but our previous MovingHelp with another contractor no-showed on us, so we were preparing for the same reality. Coordination the day prior would have been appreciated, but it all worked out perfectly. Thank you so much!

One of the workers had slides while moving. Was unprofessional in my opinion. My husband and I did the majority of the unloading while they figured out how to get the couch through the door of the room. With a little more experience they will get better. They seemed to not be motivated but they were respectful and cordial.

Unfortunately there was a good bit of damage left to the furniture. More so the house they moved the items from. Just the house alone, once finished there was a hole upstairs from a couch leg, several deep scratches going down the stairs and a chunk taken off the railing on the stairs. My wife organized this, I would not of sent payment code personally due to how bad this was. At least until something was worked out. This was mainly caused due to them not both moving large items. Only one was moving them from downstairs while the other was loading smaller things onto the truck. I even had to step in to assist with a cabinet due to it being banged around with no help to assist the decent. The biggest issue, nothing was even said. Mistakes happen but the lack communication is the worst part. Then picking up wood from the damage to try and hide it is even more ridiculous. Worst experience I have ever had with movers. It’s worth the extra money for people who care what they are doing.
