David is amazing and very helpful. It was very unfortunate that his partner didn’t show up. I had originally paid for two people for three hours. He was able to do the job himself and finished it in three hours. However, it would’ve been nice to have some help as me and my wife had to help as well. Luckily, we took the day off. Otherwise, it would’ve been very challenging with the move. David was very kind and professional. And his partner needs to have better accountability.

I said this to them on the actual day of the move, they did a great job communicating to me if there were any delays to work or any complications. They worked quickly, and collaborated with me on where stuff should go. We had five stops to make on the way to my new home, and we quickly processed each one as fast as they could go

Do NOT hire ATL Helping Hands Movers! My experience was horrendous. I booked and prepaid on May 18th for June 1st. No contact from them, despite promises. I called on May 30th after multiple attempts; they confirmed 2 helpers for 11 AM. On June 1st, the provider called right after 11 AM, saying they had a flat tire and would be 35 minutes late. After hearing from no one for over 45 minutes, I called him around noon for an update. He admitted his partner's car had a flat, but he was still on the way. He said he had contacted a back-up helper, but when he arrived alone, almost 1.5 hours late, he shared that the person had never returned his call, so he would do the job alone. He then asked to ride with me in the truck to the unload location and take an Uber back to his car since he had no other driver. My family helped unload as I only had one paid mover for the entire job. He still demanded the payment code. This traumatic experience ensures I'll never use U-Haul's moving help again.
