Amazin Move

Because UHAUL didn't inform me a dolly and tools were needed, the workers did the best they could. The job wasn't completed and the time span wasn't sufficient. I don't fault the the movers but the company should have movers with the necessary tools if needed. The UHaul company should have let me know what could possibly or probably be needed

The young men did well in all aspects except when they moved my deep freezer. They let it slam into the ground from being all the way on its side. Don’t even know if it works still yet because I have to wait 24 hours before I can plug it back in. Visibly when looking at it externally I don’t see any leaks but I’ll be shocked if it still works.

They did a great job. When UHaul did not have the Uboxes ready, Amazin movers acted on my behalf to get the needed boxes. UHaul caused them to wait over 4 hours until the boxes were ready. Amazin Movers kept me informed throughout. Upon arrival, they were efficient and careful with our items.
