I would have left a much higher review had we not had to file a damage claim. The dryer was drug across the floor without a dolly and scratched the floor, and my green egg was not properly secured in the moving truck. It fell in the truck in the 2 mile ride. Fortunately, I had them wrap it in bubble wrap which seems to have protected it from damage. Aside from these two incidents, communication was very good and the crew worked very hard to complete the job. They stayed longer to finish moving. We ended up paying more than what was originally quoted. I would encourage U-Haul to create a better way of estimating actual time and costs based on the information provided by the home owner.
