The owner and his brother came to help us move. He called us the night before to confirm the time. On the day of the move, he texted me to let me know when they would arrive. They showed up at the stated time and got right to work. They are a couple of decent guys.

I’d give this experience a 2 out of 5. There was confusion on both U-Haul’s end and the company’s. The movers were okay but not very thorough. The job wasn’t even finished. They took the screws for the front and back door and never returned them even after I called. It showed me what kind of people they are. They got their money and didn’t care how they left things. What really pushed me was how the owner spoke. He threatened to call the cops on me when I hesitated to release payment because I was confused. I was right to want clarity but I gave in because I was already drained and didn’t want more stress. If you just need something fast and cheap and don’t care about scratches or how you’re treated then maybe this is fine. But if you want respect and a complete job, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. I hope this review helps someone who is planning a move. Do your research and protect your peace.
