They arrived on time and were very professional. Did an amazing job fitting everything into the truck. The one area that could have been improved was in protecting the wooden furniture items with the furniture pads, plastic, and bubble wrap that we provided. (There was extra left over at the end, so they did not run out.) When we unloaded the truck, we found that there were multiple wooden furniture pieces rubbing up against each other in the truck without protection, so a few of the pieces were damaged due to normal vibration of the truck driving down the road.
