DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What moving company doesn't remove the TV from the house and who doesn't verbalize that before the day of the move? Yes, my TV was left behind and they only said they didn't move them after the fact. They don't disassemble beds either which wasn't relayed beforehand so they didn't bring any tools to do so. While I can't confirm nor deny what happened to the tools they used, the ones that didn't belong to them, some seem to be missing now. Do with that information as you please. Reggie was really pleasant to speak with but his communication skills are substandard as best. While the prices are very affordable, overall, this company is the definition of you get what you pay for.

We were extremely disappointed with this service. The movers were over 2.5 hours late, with zero communication during the delay, and there was a lack of urgency for the entire move. If my friend and I were not there moving our boxes out of the van with them, the move would have taken 4 hours instead of two. Finally, the shocking lack of care for our goods was infuriating. Boxes with massive FRAGILE labels were placed at the bottom of stacks, furniture was haphazardly thrown on top of each other, and boxes were upside down. We are estimating hundreds, if not over a thousand dollars worth of damage to our things. Until Reggie and his team learn to communicate and show an inkling of care to other people’s goods, do not hire them.

They were friendly at my home and moved my items quickly however communication could have been better at one point I almost thought they were not going to show due blocking my number and my daughter had to call them from her phone

We appreciate the job Jabree and DeShaun did moving our furniture and a seemingly endless number of boxes. They were hard workers who we would specifically hire again. It was not their professionalism that could be better.
