A bit of confusion as to the the start time on the day of the move. One mover believed the start time was 830a, the other mover thought the start time was 930a. Otherwise, the move when went.

I would give 5 stars if the crew was not 2 hours late. I understand this may be the busy time of the year but to have the customer wait 2 hours is unreasonable. The overall service was great as always.

Highly recommend TBS, they communicated from the time I booked them until the actual move, which was so reassuring. The guys were professional, friendly and extremely fast. I thought it would take more than 4 hours but they finished in a little over three.
