The gentleman who came to help did a great job and were efficient. The communication from the manager who assigned the guys was sub-par. Thankful for all their work though!

Movers were fantastic when they arrived. However, they were 45 minutes late and did not call or answer the phone when I tried to contact him.

The movers arrived on time and completely the job quickly and professionally. My only issue was the uncertain communication between the U-Haul app and the provider. I couldn’t reach anyone until the day before the service date, which left me a bit anxious if I was scheduled or not.
