Overall I’m happy with the service I received. My only complaint would be the fact that the movers weren’t willing to consider my suggestions for how to load things onto the moving truck. They were respectful in communicating this to me though. I’ve moved at least a dozen times over the past several years and know how to pack and load things in such a way as to avoid damage to my antique furniture and china. Some of my things did sustain damage, but it was a long distance move so I guess that’s to be expected.

This is my 2nd time using Cortez Helping Hands and I cannot rave enough about their professionalism, timelessness, and care each person showed while handling my items! Moving is already stressful, however if you book this company most (if not all) of your stress will be alleviated. Thank you Cortez!!!!
