Glad this move is over! I only needed them for an hour, but paid the minimum of 2 hours. We had very few items, but really couldn't move a large frame. Booking was fast and easy. But here is my issue, we were told tips are optional. But then it became a big deal when we decided not (yes, the workers got paid for an hour we didn't use them). But ultimately we gave a tip for the service they worked only (few bucks). We do feel as though one guy was unprofessional, mouthing the boss about tips, coworker, etc. The other guy seemed like he was trying to see our house, coming into the kitchen while we were cooking. He was instructed to carry boxes to 2 places, which didn't involve him being in another part of the house (our kitchen). After the move, we discovered a small hole in the wall and scratched on the door frame. If we would have known this at the time, there definitely wouldn't have been a tip. Now we are stuck with the damage to repair.
