They didn't contact me, I had to reach out several times to get someone to confirm. Movers showed up 2.5hrs late. They did communicate they were going to be late but not until the morning of the move. Once the movers did show up both were very professional and helpful. Just would have been nice if they would have confirmed earlier in the week without me having to reach out to them and its a good thing we didn't have the truck just rented for a couple of hours.
