They were unprofessional and ultimately not very helpful. I needed them to move the furniture and larger objects, and I needed them to pack in the truck. What they could in a short amount of time, I told them I only had them for a specific amount of time. I could not add more time. I was not going to get a bigger truck. Because the rest of the items were small and could be moved in my car. They did not listen and instead, repeatedly told me things would not fit even though I told him I was aware. They kept bringing down the small light objects.I asked them not to touch. It was annoying having to watch them to make sure they were actually moving items and not just standing and talking to each other by the truck. They were inexperienced and one didn't speak English so I couldn't even communicate with him to ask him not to pick up certain things.
