Local business looking to assist people in there moving process making it easy and stress free
Communication was poor. I was doing follow up since my booking. One guy he called me and said, I am out of town, I will send someone at 7PM later he switched off his phone. Someone else called me and he came night 10.30. I was supposed to return my truck next day, so I was ready to unload truck. During unloading, they asked multiple times payment code and mentioned that, its raining, we can't continue and my partner is not supporting me, I can't do alone. At the end, I helped them as well in unloading items. Please avoid

The movers did not introduce themselves, so I have no idea who assisted with the move. Initially they were hired for 2 hours and upon entrance one immediately said this gone take 3 hours. They moved at a snail's pace. They were there an entire hour before putting the 1st load on the truck. I asked how much would it be for an additional hour and was told a higher price than what was online. So I paid the online price and was asked to cancel since U-Haul charges a 15 percent fee. At the end of the move I was told we went over the time again and an additional 30 mins and more money was needed. Their arrival time and our arrival time did not align. At that point the integrity went out the window.
