Disappointing experience with this packers and movers team.They arrived unprepared and disorganized,wasting time with poor coordination and frequent delays.What should have been a simple move stretched out unnecessarily,and they later requested extra hours to finish-a result of their inefficiency,not workload.Their handling of items was careless- the mattress was dragged uncovered, walls were scratched during furniture movement, and the tower fan was dropped twice during disassembly. I had to constantly supervise to avoid further damage. While the job was eventually completed and no major items were broken, the overall experience was far from professional. This service caused more stress than help. Giving 3 purely because the essentials survived, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values time, care, or proper planning in a move.Only professional with experience on their team was Jamaal, he is the only reason giving a 3. If not this is totally 1 to 0 job performance.

I hate the day these unprofessional individuals came into my home. They were late unprofessional the way they handle my items I started feeling uneasy walking around picking up screws not knowing what they went to. Prior to the move I asked if anyone could drive the uhaul and they told me yes it would be an additional $60 I paid it however the guy had no license and ended up hitting the gate at the storage costing me $265 which he said he would pay and never did. I called several times to only have him say he would call back and never did. I can’t believe uhaul would allow this on their professional website. Something has to be done. And I will move further cause I want my money back all of it!!!! My tv is shattered as I’m unloading my items we are going over everything so we can take pictures for references.

My crew was extremely polite, efficient and got the job done - and went above and beyond helping me look for my car keys I'd left at the move location and graciously dropped me off back at the move location. I was so impressed I recommended them to the self storage unit I got my truck from -- and to my realtor! Would recommend them highly to anyone.

These guys are terrible! Not professional at all! This is a family based business please beware! The 2 young guys that came to my apartment were not experienced! They did not have any tool to move any boxes or to take down any furniture! They did not complete the job! I still have furniture in both of my room. My furniture got damaged because they didn’t strap it down in the U-Haul truck and they stole my $450 pair of shoes but little do they know that witness seen there actions and my neighbor is full of surveillance cameras so I will be going to the rental off on Monday! The movers and this company is in trouble! You have been warned about these guys!
