The gentleman were very quick and efficient. However, they were given the wrong address so they were late and appeared irritated. After a while though they seemed to be in better moods and helped us get what we needed done and in VERY cold weather, I might add.

Damaged our walls, didn't wrap or put blankets on anything i request were incredibly slow. didn't get all pieces of big pieces of furniture on the truck when we asked them to prioritize the furniture. really what am i gonna do at the new place when we only have half the pieces for our bedframe. the only time we seemed to make any progress was when one of us was at the truck and one inside to supervise them. the one piece that we wanted to make sure was safe the left unwrapped unsecured leaning against the wall of the truck. i had to crawl in to at least strap it so it wouldnt fall and scratch the surface and i fell out of the truck slipping on some ice climbing out after and injured my leg. they packed the truck poorly and due to the slowness it took us 2 trips to finish the move. we have hired movers from this service 6-7 times now... we know all of our things can fit in the size truck we rented in 2 hours. these guys were by far the worst we've hired.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Vinay and Marcus for their exceptional help during my apartment move! From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication made what could have been a stressful day go smoothly. Vinay was incredibly efficient in organizing everything, ensuring that each item was packed carefully and securely. He was proactive, quick to assess what needed to be done, and made sure nothing was left behind. Marcus, with his strong work ethic and positive attitude, was a tremendous asset in the physical aspects of the move. He handled the heavy lifting effortlessly, and his attention to detail in ensuring everything arrived at the new place safely was truly impressive. Both were not only courteous and respectful, but they went above and beyond to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. Their communication was spot on, and their teamwork was seamless. Moving can be overwhelming, but with Vinay and Marcus on board, I had total peace of mind.
