JTI Movers

I called the moving help service, and it was recommended that I try JTI movers. I originally asked for 2 people. But called to change it to 3 people instead. When the movers showed up at the UHaul facility, there were only 2 guys because the owner said he had to work a different job. But Anthony assured me that the 2 guys would do a professional job. The guys broke the glass out of the china cabinet and the wheels broke. When the job was finished, I gave Anthony the payment code forgetting I requested 3 people. So when I looked at my account I realized I was still charged for 3 guys instead of 2. I should get $375 back. But the owner says he didn't get the additional payment. And Anthony still hasn't fixed the glass yet. The only good thing about the move is everything got moved. I will update my review when they correct my payment issue and the china cabinet is fixed.

They were excellent! They strategically placed my belongings in areas on the truck where there wouldn’t be any damage while en route. They are all about safety and I appreciate that. Would use them again. Highly recommend!
