First, the good stuff. Great communication and they almost showed up on time ... just a few minutes late. They were polite throughout the move and we got done promptly. However, and this is a biggie, they didn't know the first thing about packing and loading properly. From the very start, it was clear they were not experienced movers in both how they packed and how they loaded. From putting the mattress on the overhang to asking me how to you get the bubble wrap to stick, these guys needed constent help. One was clearly better than the other but both need more experience. Frankly, I wouldn't bother with the other; just needs to go. What it really felt like to me is they called the temp agency and hired a body. He was NOT a mover. They had good ratings and price so I went with them, but I did not get good quality. If it wasn't such an easy 1br move, we would have had some major issues.

Outstanding team. Would recommend to others! Based on our last move with another company, we over estimated how much time would be needed to load a 25ft and 15ft Uhaul. They finished a 6 hour job in 4 hours. Friendly, professional, efficient, quick service.

We are a military family and we have moved a lot. I wish we had had these 2 gentlemen on all of our moves. I was moving a lot of my mother's stuff this time and they took care of it like it was their Mom's. I have no idea how they fit it all in the truck but they got it all and not one scratch on any of the items. Furthermore they were very professional and kind despite my lack of organization. In short if they are available, these are the guys you want to hire. Thank you both sooo much!!
