The Moving Guys did an adequate job with our move. Prior to the scheduled date, I received a text confirming the address and details, which was helpful. The movers arrived on time and conducted a walkthrough assessment before starting. However, five hours was not enough time to complete the move, leaving several needed items behind. Additionally, they accidentally broke our glass storm door, largely due to a lack of communication between the movers. Throughout the process, there was noticeable bickering and complaining between the two workers about each other's performance. This created an impression of disorganization, with each mover seemingly doing their own thing. Towards the end of their allotted time, they rushed to unload the truck by leaving boxes in the garage instead of bringing them into the house. If you’re moving a smaller 1-2 bedroom apartment, these movers might be suitable. However, for larger moves, their efficiency and coordination could pose challenges.

The guys were nice and moved quick. They came an hour earlier than expected but everything that I asked them to move was moved. There was a little damage to the floor but I'm working with them to have that fixed. Overall great experience.
