I recently hired movers through UHaul, and this was by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. They showed up four hours late minimal communication. When they finally arrived, they took frequent, extended smoke breaks that wasted even more time. They were clearly inexperienced, damaging my wall during the move. The worst part was that when I told them I was not releasing the payment code until the job was completed properly, they threatened me over the phone saying, What’s stopping me from telling my boys to go on the truck and snap everything just loaded. This was incredibly intimidating and unprofessional. Because of their incompetence and threats, they also caused a flooding issue in my home, which has now led to expensive water damage cleanup. I’m extremely disappointed that U-Haul would connect customers with such unprofessional movers. I strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you care about your safety, your property, and a stress-free move.

Showed up almost 3 hrs later than planned. Very slow at loading. A 4 hr job ended up taking 10 hrs. I would not recommend this mover. They did pack the trucks well but they were on their phones more than they were moving stuff.

Luxurious Lifters was on time, very professional, personable and conscientious from start to finish. They took the time to ask questions and were good listeners to make sure they knew how we needed the truck unloaded and items stored between 2 storage units. We would definitely recommend them and give them 5 stars.
