For the most part service was professional. Relatively on time. I appreciate that the mover notified me in advance that they were only a few min behind which is acceptable considering unpredictable Atlanta traffic. Had one small problem of the floor being scraped up when the couch was slid on hardwood rather than carried.

I don't recommend this company at all! The person who arranged the job was very condescending. Then, on the day of the move, even when we explained to the movers at the start of the job that we mainly hired them to load the truck with the big items (two couches, a washer, and a dryer), they dragged their feet so that the 2 hours we originally hired them for, was not enough. So we had to add an extra hour to the cost. Related, we made two dollys available for them but the movers rarely use them. They were carrying one box at a time which also extended the time of the job. Finally, at the end of the job one of the movers pressure us into giving them a 5 star review because if not the company was going to penalize them. He added that reviews lower than 5 star would cause problems with the company and to refrain from giving those. He even insisted that I give him my phone to show me how to leave the 5 star review. Unbelievable!

Had to repack one of the uhaul pods because they didn’t load the boxes and furniture in a way to prevent damage
