The 2 movers who came and moved me were phenomenal! The language barrier was difficult, but we maneuvered it. The issues I have are with the moving company as a whole. The communication was minimal and there was no apologies or haste taken when things were not going as planned. And then even with some clarity as to why the movers would be late, I ended up with a different team than originally scheduled and they started 4 hours later than planned. This made the day much more stressful when I had a time crunch. Again, the 2 guys who showed up to move me did a great job, I would recommend them. But the company as a whole handled my moving process poorly. Would not hire them again.
