Genno and Kabir helped us move to new apartment on 1-4-25 when we moved from NC to GA. Due to unforeseen problems, the apartment manager allowed us to relocate to their sister property. I requested Genno's help again on 1-14-25 for loading and unloading. Genno agreed to drive the Penske truck at a separate cost. Both Genno and Kabir again worked hard. The maintenance of second apartment connected my washer and dryer on 1-17-25. I noticed that the control panel of the GE washer was broken. The washer started making terrible grinding noises within 30 seconds. The washer was fine on 1-13-25 when I packed it. Genno put my washer on the utility dolly on 1-4-25. I asked Kabir to help Genno transport the washer but Genno refused help. Genno again brought the washer on a utility dolly to the second apartment. Genno broke my washer of 11 years. I had to buy a new GE washer today. I resent these movers for financial and emotional burden. My w-d have survived 13 moves in 33 years.

Genno called me immediately after I made the reservation on UHaul. He has excellent communication skills with text messages and phone calls. Genno and Kabir showed up on time. They brought heavy duty utility dolly and 4 wheel dollies with them. They worked very hard and fast without wasting any time. They were very careful with my things. I lost the key to the truck. Genno is a blacksmith too and he broke the lock which saved me time and money. Our beds did not fit in the small bedroom. Upon my request, Genno and Kabir moved the beds to the living room and all the heavy stuff in the living room to the bedroom, without any complaints. Both Genno and Kabir are very experienced, true professionals and very kind. They are a dream team. I will gladly call them again for any moving needs.

These guys were awesome! They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. As the truck was unloaded, the crew staged our belongings in their respective rooms. They even had great ideas for how to organize our boxes so we could easily access specific items as we unpack!!! Highly recommend using them for your next job!
