I only gave a one because that was the lowest score, otherwise it would have been zero. 1st they refused to load if I didn't purchase shrink wrap. Was told to purchase 2 rolls. I did and they only used one roll and did not wrap all furniture items. had a 3 bedroom house that was all packed and stacked neatly in the garage. Only thing on the house for the movers was the furniture that had already been broke down and stack up. It took 4 movers 3 hours just to load part ofthe garage. (Only the middle of a 2 car garage) and another 4 hours to load the rest of the house. Total of 7 hours and two trucks. Packing the truck was so bad they broke a bathroom cabinet, jewelry upright cabinet and tore my calif king mattress. All not wrapped. Then when it came time to settle up the mover in charge looked over my shoulder and took the payment code of my phone without me giving it him and then told me he already had the payment code. Next told me I had to pay an addition $360 total $620

Do It All has hands down proven to be the best there is. Their communication is on point all the way up to the day of execution. They showed up with a three man crew and went right to work on loading my moving truck. They were respectful, careful, and clearly knowledgeable about how to load everything properly. They made sure all items that needed protection were wrapped and secured, and they worked efficiently while treating my belongings with care. Highly recommend!
