I am grateful because these guys have been special since they arrived, smiles, joy and a lot of professionalism inspire. They are young and strong, they moved my things with great force, they were very heavy and they lifted them like a loaf of bread in their mouth. I was great, I was alone with my children, very stunned, living a situation of domestic rape and they helped me so much. I cannot thank this group enough. They were a great help to me. Very professional, ethical, respectful and unique. I will hire them again without a doubt. They are the best with a big heart. I have no doubt about this. They will be very great as a company.

The helpers were 2 very young gentlemen, which isn't really a problem, as they were very nice but they didn't seem to be trained moving professionals.( attempting to carry very heavy antique furniture, instead of using dolly)I had to do a lot of micromanaging as far as telling them where to put things inside my unit properly, so that everything would fit. We pretty much helped unload the truck, so the job got done quicker, thoughI paid for 2 hours. When I was helping move things around inside, they did signal for me to let them do it, but they were putting things anywhere, and we already helped get the things off the truck so why not. Overall they were professional just not trained. After I gave the code to release payment, I was asked for a tip. Generally this would not be a problem but we basically helped unload, which we would not have had to do, had they been trained professionals. The rate was cheaper than others, so I guess you get what you pay for!
